Directions To Total Medical Solutions:

From north florida/east coast

Take I-4 west to exit 101-C Sanford, Mount Dora State Road 46

Turn left at the end of the off ramp onto State road 46 heading east.

Go thru 4 signal light intersections and at the intersection for Munroe/Upsala turn Right, there is a 7-eleven on once corner, a liquor store on the other corner, and sobik's subs on the other corner.

Once you turn right onto Upsala, you will again make the very first immediate right into the parking lot for the Upsala Executive Center, you will see Total Medical Solutions on the Top of the Office Complex sign.

enter via the front door, use elevator to second floor, exit elevator, and first suite on the right is the TMS Educational/Conference room

From the east coast take highway 46 west to Sanford. Turn Right onto 17-92 once in Sanford. Take 17-92 all the way thru town to Highway 46 and turn left. Go over the bridge and at the third intersection light after going over the bridge you will be at the intersection of Munroe/Upsala again Sobik's on the right, 7-Eleven on the left, and the liquor store on the left, at this intersection turn left and then immediately turn right into the Upsala Executive Center Parking Lot.

From Orlando taking the 417 north to the Rhineheart Road Exit, at the end of the off ramp turn right. Take Rhineheart to State Road 46 should be the third traffic light. Turn Left onto State Road 46 at the very next red light you will turn Right onto Upsala Road. Immediately turn right into the parking lot of the Upsala Executive Center. Elevator to the second floor first suite on the right.

From South Orlando Taking I-4 east to the Lake Mary/Heathrow/Sanford area you have three options.

I-4 east to Exit 98 Lake Mary/Heathrow State Road 46-A at the off ramp turn Right to first signal light Rhineheart Road and turn Left. Take Rhineheart Road to State Road 46 and turn Right onto State Road 46. At the next red light intersection turn Right onto Upsala Road, and immediately turn Right into the Upsala Executive Center Parking Lot.

Enter thru front door use elevator to second floor first suite on the right once you exit the elevator on the second floor.

I-4 East to exit 101BC, stay in the left hand lane to use exit 101-C with will end at State Road 46. Turn Right onto State Road 46. You will see Seminole Town Center Mall on your right. Go to the fourth (I really think it is the 4th) red light intersection. You will see a sign that says Lake Munroe, Post Office, Sanford Zoo. This is the intersection that you will turn right onto Upsala Road. Again immediately first right turn into Upsala Executive Center Parking Lot.
